1. Introduction

Welcome to CouplePhotoshoots, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered Photoshoot & text generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and CouplePhotoshoots ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the CouplePhotoshoots application and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using CouplePhotoshoots, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use CouplePhotoshoots.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The images generated by CouplePhotoshoots are derivative works created by AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use images generated by CouplePhotoshoots for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. License Grant to CouplePhotoshoots

By using the Services, you grant to CouplePhotoshoots, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute text prompts you input into the services, or images produced by the service at your direction. The license granted to CouplePhotoshoots remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

Your use of CouplePhotoshoots is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

10. Limitation of Liability
